Quick review for busy people

This hotel has a great location that's quiet at night, perfect for a restful stay. The breakfast each morning included fresh fruit, and trays made it easy to carry food. The staff were very friendly, making for a pleasant experience overall.

this hotel is a disaster, the hair in the bathtub is just the start of the filth. I woudl ve been overjoyed to find that my complimentary upgrade was totally ignored. the staff seemed confused about housekeeping standards. I almost gave a good review, but there’s no way I could!

My experience was marred by dirty linens upon arrival. In addition to the unclean linens, the room had a strong odor from cleaning products which was almost unbearable. The staff seemed indifferent to addressing these issues, including the refusal to offer any compensation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Pasco/Tri-Cities, Wa. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering modern amenities like a roomy bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was excellent, particularly the fresh fruit.

Loved the comfy beds and the hot breakfast options like eggs and sausage. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great spots to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the slow check-in process, but it didn't ruin my stay.

Had a great stay with friends! The indoor pool was awesome after visiting TRAC center for a concert. The breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices. Just a heads-up, the check-in took a bit long during peak times, but overall, it was a fun experience and would recommend this place!

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room had smudges on the walls, which made it feel less welcoming.

Just a top selection for a weekend escape in West Pasco with real value for money. The spacious room and large bathroom were a pleasant surprise after a long day. Make sure to enjoy the pool area for some relaxation.

We loved our king room! It had high ceilings, nice decor, and a super comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean, which was a huge plus. Just a bummer about the carpet needing to be replaced and a mild chlorine smell since we were near the pool. Breakfast was a letdown, though. The food was greasy and bland—definitely didn’t hit the mark. If we come back, we’ll skip the breakfast and find something better nearby.

Couple getaway great choice

The staff is generous, they made breakfast an experience instead of just a meal, fresh fruit was good, and I could carry it on my tray. I even appreciated the water available at breakfast, kept me hydrated.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable.
